Q: Can I see information on any past orders I've place on the Web?

A: Yes, click on the My Account link and log in with your user ID and password. Once logged-in you can click on the "My Account" link and view your account. From here you can access your order history by clicking Order Status.


Q: I have a new address or phone number, how can I change this?

A: Once logged-in you can click on the "My Account" link and view your account. From here you can update your account information by clicking Update Account.


Q: Can I change my password?

A: Once logged-in you can click on the "My Account" link and view your account. From here you can change your password by clicking Update Account.


Q: How frequently do you update your inventory?

A: The inventory that's shown is real-time based on orders that have processed.


Q: I need to place a large order that is for more items that you have in-stock. What do I do?

Q: Can I ship my order to a PO Box?

A: Unfortunately, no. All deliveries will come via FedEx/UPS and must be delivered to a physical address.


Q: How long will it take for me to get my order once my order has been placed on-line?

A: Most in-stock orders ship with-in 1 to 2 business days (inventory permitting). Depending on your shipping method, your order should be delivered within 1 to 4 business days after it ships.


Q: I have a question and I haven't seen it answered in the FAQ. Can I call or e-mail someone to assist me?

We do not require signature for residential deliveries


Q: How do I Return a Purchased St Baldrick's Item?

Contact The Icebox, stbaldrickscustomerservice@iceboxmail.com, within 14 days of your shipment to request a Return Authorization "RA". Once you receive an "RA" number, ship our package to: The Icebox, 700 Lake Ave , Atlanta Ga, 30307, attn. St Baldrick's returns. Returns will be processed within 7 days of receipt.
